Fishnee — Terms of Use

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fishnee, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3) Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that happens under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create safety/security risks.

4) User-generated content (UGC)

The App allows you to post content including listings, photos, and reviews.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses others
• Contains explicit sexual content or hate content
• Contains malware or attempts to exploit the App

License to operate the App

By posting content in Fishnee, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content only as needed to operate, improve, and protect the App (e.g., showing your listings to other users, storing and displaying photos).

5) Reports and moderation

Fishnee provides reporting tools. We may remove content or restrict accounts if we believe it violates these Terms or creates safety risks. We may investigate reports and take appropriate action.

6) No in-app payments

Fishnee does not process payments in the App. Any arrangements between users are made at their own discretion. Use caution when interacting with others.

7) Prohibited actions

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass security or access controls
• Reverse engineer or scrape the App without permission
• Abuse the App (spam, automation, fake accounts)
• Interfere with the App’s operation or other users’ experience

8) Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fishnee and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or interactions between users.

10) Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or security reasons.

11) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
